These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Not Me! ("we", "us", "our") and the person ("user") using the Not Me! mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the application, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
Not Me! is a mobile application that allows users to upload their own photos and generate AI-powered style and outfit visualizations. Image generation is provided through a credit or subscription system.
3. Account and Security
- ▸A valid email address is required to create an account.
- ▸You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- ▸You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
- ▸Each user may only create one account in their own name; accounts are non-transferable.
4. Credits and Subscriptions
Free generation quota
New members receive 2 free generations upon registration.
Purchased credits
Valid indefinitely; available until the account is closed.
- ▸Credit pack and subscription pricing is displayed within the application.
- ▸Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the respective platform's refund policy.
- ▸Credits are refunded for failed generations due to technical errors.
- ▸Credits are not refunded for user error or dissatisfaction with the output.
5. Prohibited Use
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- ▸Uploading photos of other people or generating images of others without consent
- ▸Generating obscene, harassing, or illegal content
- ▸Using bots or scripts to automate the system
- ▸Reselling or licensing the application for commercial purposes
- ▸Seeking security vulnerabilities or attempting unauthorized access
- ▸Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
Violation of these rules may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
6. Use of Generated Images
- ▸Personal use (including social media sharing) is permitted; commercial use requires an additional license.
- ▸The company may analyze generated images anonymously for service improvement and quality enhancement.
- ▸The user is responsible for any content that violates laws or third-party rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
Not Me! is an AI-powered image generation tool. Generated content is produced through algorithmic processes; no specific aesthetic result or quality standard is guaranteed. The company shall not be liable for the quality of generated content, consequences arising from sharing with third parties, or failure to meet user expectations. The company's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.
8. Service Modifications and Termination
- ▸The company reserves the right to update, modify, or remove certain features of the application without prior notice.
- ▸In the event of permanent service termination, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance through the application; a refund policy will apply to unused credit balances.
- ▸Users may close their account at any time through app settings or by contacting [email protected].
9. Intellectual Property
The Not Me! application interface, design, brand name, and software belong to its developer. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of the application.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Users are expected to first contact [email protected] for any complaints or disputes.
11. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
